In Dec. 2011, I had the opportunity to travel to the Caribbean and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas for the first time, and the sights were as picturesque as you would imagine.
I had never traveled to a warm climate for winter holiday before, and the experience was wonderful. The first picture was captured while on a Nassau snorkeling adventure. Below, you can find a few more of my favorite pictures from my first trip to the Caribbean:
While aboard the cruise ship, I took this picture of the boat docked at Freeport. The weather was absolutely perfect, and many people were enjoying their time around the port.
While walking to a beach access in Freeport, I stopped in my tracks and captured the ideal image of Caribbean paradise above. When most people, including myself, imagine the Caribbean, they imagine walking to a beach that looks like the above picture.
This photo was also captured while aboard the “Yes Dear” in Nassau. The boat drove past many seaside houses on our way to and from the snorkeling expedition.
