Tampa, Florida — After visiting 13 different countries and municipalities, The Orange Traveler will be heading to Tokyo, Japan, in 2018.

Followers of The Orange Traveler helped decide the destination by casting their votes in a poll that closed on Jan. 2. Tokyo earned 43.52 percent of the 108 votes cast, while Cairo, Egypt, finished in second with 29.63 percent of the votes.

This is not the first time The Orange Traveler has relied on the public to determine the location for a new adventure. Last time, you chose Istanbul, Turkey, and the trip was one of the greatest I’ve ever experienced. While there, I saw Istanbul-based club Besiktas play Kayserispor in a Süper Lig match and did so much more.
