Rio de Janiero, Brazil — You will never be bored in Rio.

There are so many things to do in the former capital city of Brazil, so if you ever find yourself in the area, feel free to participate in some of the activities I have done here.

In the first three full days in Brazil, I stood atop Pão de Açúcar, relaxed on Copacabana beach and Ipanema beach, rode and mastered the metro around the giant city, enjoyed the popular nightlife in the neighborhood of Lapa, cheered on Fluminense vs. Corinthians at the famous Maracanã stadium and more.

Check out my first video blog from Brazil below:

This is an ongoing series of journal entries, in which I will explain and document my preparation for travel and travel through Brazil in May through August of 2015. You can read each journal entry on The Orange Traveler or on ojogobonito.weebly.com where they will initially be published.
